Do they really think that's gonna be feasible alternative to cars and avoid congestion.....think ppl would need to break more than their piggy bank to afford £150,000 for soemthing that looks like an MX5.

I thought it was an MX5? anyway is it legal on our water highways in london? perhaps they'll put congestion charge cameras on the waterways Razz Smile

Some bike mag used to have a compo for aqua-bikes. I think it was held on a water feature at the nec, maybe by performance bikes?.. not sure which one, but it only ran for a few years.

You had to build a bike that could get something like 100m into a lake and back onto the shore again. There were entries ranging from a c90 on two canoes to professionally designed conversions.
