Just a quick hi to all of you folks on these forums. Been riding for what is coming up to 2 years now. Ridden in just about everything including the massive amounts of snow we had in February (yes its true I AM mad) .
Currently riding a Suzuki UF50 Estilette Scooter (pics coming soon) which is my old one since my new Chinese import (yeah yeah I know) based on the design of the XL125 with a CG125 engine is currently sat in the garage with a seized engine . It was very nice when it was running I must say. Will know what what happened by the end of tonight. |

Nah its no Lifan.
In essence its a rebranded (took me time to work this out) Hongdou GY125 (a honda clone) which was sold to me under the name of a P.O.R Apache 125. It pulled well when it was running but for reasons unknown (425miles on the clock full throttle 3 miles from home) the engine seized. Maybe that wasnt enough running in miles. Am gonna have another crack at getting some more head bolts out now to see what welded itself to what.
I hope to have it back on the road and run in, in time for this ride out |
