It's definately money well spent to at least have a couple of lessons/assesments with a bike school cos they can tell you exactly what you need to practice on... U-turns on a nsr.. just make sure you do lots of counter-balancing and keeps the revs up!!!!! Laughing

you've probably been riding around for about 2 years then?...that should mean that your confidence should be up to scratch, but you've probably picked up a few bad habits and forgotten a few parts of the highway code Razz

Most training centres offer short courses that include tests etc...and if you're not sure about performing maneouvers on your NSR, then you can always spend an extra £20 or so to rent the training centre bike...U-turns can be a pain to do, but it's all about clutch control and confidence...it always feels good to do a perfect U-turn...

Got one...had one for over 4 years now...but I haven't been riding long enough to give a fair judgement as to whether cars or bikes are better...

...I take it that you have never ridden a bike before?...but you've probably seen quite a few from behind (for a split second anyway)...?
