just today i have completed accessorising my nsr125 1998 model with a full arrow exhaust system, about 8 hours later, fourth gear along a straight road, hits the power band, hitting 80mph just under 10,500rpm and my front right body panel rips off the frame and bends back with such force i have some freak bruise on my leg, worst thing is my fiance was on the back!
i cant find any sites with another bodypanel, plus, the front 2 bolts (cant remember the name so, the bit connected to the frame holding the bolts and panels in place) has also been ripped off my frame, meaning i only have 2 places to bolt my panels on now.
please, even if you dont think you are right with any advice id like to know as mine and my fiance's life could have ended, please reply A.S.A.P, much appreciated

Sounds like wind pulling on a poorly fixed fairing panel. Bikes don't really generate that high G forces.

Ebay and breakers sounds like a good bet, from what I can work out you're trying to ask.

nothing wrong with fairings. as G said, check ebay, also there was a post while back for a site that did replacement fairings, full front for my NS was about £180... Do a BCF search Thumbs Up

I bought a set of replacement fairing bolts off of www.mandp.com

My guess is the panel wasn't secured properly, my body work has never ever done anything like that.

Edit: and contact https://www.davidsilverspares.com/ you can get replacement fairings through them Smile
