Hey guys,

A little while ago i won a stainless zort ssytem for my 600 bandit as the miggle was rotten on the originals when i bought it (surprise surprise)

Anyway i fitted it and with a bit of jiggling ( bending the radiator pipes) it went on and everything was ok..... until i started it up and on tick over the exhaust sounded like a jet engine.

So i sold that exhaust and got a new can and just won a new link pipe, but when i tried to fit it the inner diamater of the link pipe is too small. Please see the pictures and comment if you can as to whether these look like bandit downpipes. Hopefully i'll get some replies from 600' owners who have stainless pipes Mr. Green

Cheers!

No i bought a link pipe and it seems the standard aftermarket link pipe size (52mm) does not fit (too small) Sad

So i have to try and see if someone can made me a bigger one

I think my problem is somewhat different, see the pictures. The link pipe isn't long enough, but i think it is the problem that the downpipes are not long enough.

Could someone do me a huge favor and look at their aftermarket bandit pipes and see how far the downpipes go, if you look at mine they come up to half the width of the sump. Where do yours go upto?

thanks!

Dean
