A decal replacement

From the pics attached you can see that one of the tail decals on my '95 CBR600F is in need of replacement. Couple of questions;
where can I get a replacent decal, who much should I expect to pay, and lastly how do I remove the old one and fix on the new?

Will have to check but I believe just stuck on, not lacquered.

Thanks for the PM Coxy, unfortunately I don't have that exact logo.

I could do you some other designs, but I've been through my archive and unless you have a flat jpg of that logo, I don't think I can trace it simply.

It would probably be fairly cheap for just one from Honda anyway.
