Thank you mate, do you think that I can fit a GS1000 cdi unit on a suzuki LT-F160? Do you perhaps have the wiring diagram for the LT-F160? It looks like you have everything!

hmmm i doubt you could use a gs1000 cdi on the lt 160
as the gs1000 is a 4 cylinder and the lt160 is a single, (im guessing the lt f 160 is a quad??) there doesnt seem to be much in the way of manuals about for quads, but i dare say any suzuki single cylinder will have very similar wiring
failing that then you might have to shell out some hard earned cash and get one from https://www.repairmanual.com/catalog/99500-41114-01E
or ron ayers https://www.ronayers.com/catalogs/pu/parts.cfm?topsecid=3&subsecid=29&secid=108&type=1149

here is a online parts fiche for the 160
https://www.mrcycles.com/fiche_section_detail.asp?category=ATVs&make=Suzuki&year=2000&fveh=7102
hopefully thats a wee bit of help, ill keep my eyes open for a diagram for ya but don't hold your breath

I'll scan in the Suzuki TS100, TS125, TS185, TS250 wiring diagrams ('79 till not sure) when I find my scanner, but If anyone is needing them PM me and I'll do it faster.

Also will scan in Suzuki GS650 ones.
