It seems a bit too much effort/cost for a 125 to be honest. Dont bother Wink .

Remus cans or Scorpion cans will just bolt on without the need for Rejetting. Only time you'll need rejetting is when you have a full system.

Have a look on ebay for a Remus or Scorp, otherwise your paying £179.99 brand new for one.

It's best to rejet when ever you make that sort of change. Just because they say it doesn't need rejetting doesn't mean it's true.
When you're spending a fair wack on a can, you might as well anyway.

Might aswell get a whole system, i got a whole Arrow system off ebay for £100. only real reson i say this that i have come across is that the bolts holding the can onto the downpipe might aswell be made out of blue tack they are totally crap and mine corroded so much i couldnt just replace the can so had to do the whole system. Micron do a GP system for not too much notes which is apparently ok and they also do high level down pipes which you can fit a remus end can onto which looks a lot better

Yeah good point, but i didnt notice any problems by not rejetting it. Got mine Rejetted however with the full system. And it runs perfect, not much performance gains, just accelarates a bit quicker.
