First holiday, 18 year old

Got some money together and want to get out for the first 2 weeks of july.

There will be 6 lads going, 17/18 year old, so you can expect the kind of holiday were looking for..

Nice beach, lively atomsphere, lots of pubs/clubs.

Ive nominated myself to sort it out, as we would either end up not going, or camping in wales if i put it up to another friend. well its been about 6 weeks, and im only closer my having a little more money.

Well what im asking for is destinations, i was thinking tenerife, but recently prices have gone up quite abit. My budget is about £320, sharing rooms in 3 + to cut down on costs.

so tell me, where can i go thats cheap, and fun and that will keep us entertained for 2 weeks.

I'd cut it down to a week. After 7 days of non stop drinking and no sleep you'll be glad. Estimate your spending money and double it at least.

Other than that pick your 18-30 holiday and fill your boots.

It's gonna be all the "usual" cheap sunny brit destinations

Might be worth going on the Thomas Cook (or similar) website, and looking at last minute deals which are usually cheaper

Laganas (Zakynthos/Zante) was a pretty roudy resort when I went with my ex, shite beach tho. Cars drive on it at night :S

Magalluf would be a good one, for first hol abroad with mates. I thought Benidorm was a bit shellsuit, Tenerife...the nightlife places were dirty hovels. Ibiza is good...but can be a bit hardcore.... I reckon a week would be enough there.

Marmaris is pretty good also. Pretty decent nightlife and the Booze is cheap.

Bit pricey to get there, but once your there its cheap enough.

Would of prefered to of gone when i was single tho, because the Turks harass English women and it started to piss me off a bit when was with the ex missus.

Couple of things to remember other than the obvious.....jonnies

If you get smashed on drink, and your mates spot a copper where the usual pubs kick out, and they decide on some comical antics towards the bloke/woman, let them get on with it.
Stay well away, pretend you aint with them.

Malia! I had a fab time last year with 6 other girls, I went last week of July first week of August. Weather was fab as we all came back bronzed, water sports brilliant , nightlife fantastic. The only downside we found was that there were not enough men in the resorts and loads of girls (which would be good for all you guys!!!)

I went to Zante a couple of years ago and that was good then too. Seems to be where most people have their first boy/girl group holidays.

You will have a fab time!

Wouldnt bother with Ibiza if you are just looking for sun, sea, lager and girls.

If you are into DJs and pills then go for it but otherwise it is probably not as good as the other suggestions if you are just after the above.

Its a lot more expensive than the tenerife etc when you are out there too.

Plus the west end is shite!

I go every year and have been for years but i like my raving and stay on the other side of the island.

I went to Bodrum in Turkey and had the same thing, I loved the place, I went with my ex boyfriend, but all the greeks started stroking my hair and things, she didn't happen to be blond did she? It was weird, it was as if they had never seen the colour before!

Apparently its the same in the far east too, my cousin went with her little girl who had blond hair to Thailand and she said it was scary how they were so fascinated with her. She didn't keep her out of her sight.
