Right! TodayI've been thinking and thought perhaps that doing a couple of courses in bike mechanics & spraying would be a good idea. As know doubt it will be a godsend of useful knowledge to the future of my biking.
Just browsing the net and I'm finding it hard to come by to find any course near me. Can anyone help me with some contact details at all or know where to ask I'm gonna try asking the bloke who painted dru's bike the next time i see him and our local friendly mechanic
Cheers if anyone helps.

I'm also looking to start some sort of mechanics course, so any info you find may be useful I take it you'll be doing it evenings as well then? ____________________ NSR125RR - ZXR750H1 - ZX9R E1 - GSF600S - GSF600SK3 - VFR400-NC30 - SV1000N - ST1100-R - CBR900RR-R - GSF1200SK5 - GSF600SK1 - VFR1200FA - GSXR1000K2 - ZZR1400 D8F

Thats the idea I know you were being sarky but its true . Also I enjoy spending nights in garage and working on the bike but thats me and i would prefer evenings but if it's a short course which requires a few days out of work then I'll do that too. ____________________ Dean Stone #777

I kinda considered something similar earlier on in the year, but found out that they are all college-based courses, and so follow a term/semester-style time scale, i.e. over 15 weeks or something. The more basic course is open to everybody and is usually a few hours every evening. However, in order to get a proper City & Guilds jobby, it's a 2 year course with a work placement. ____________________ TiN

Not after somehting that intensive but something a couple of hours after work wouldn't be a problem. ____________________ Dean Stone #777
