I'm just wondering if anyone has seen one of these close up? It looks like a bit of a blast for around town, will be a lot cheaper than my 600 any way!

I think they are very different, and would like to know more. I've been on the sachs website, but thats not that good.

I personally think that it looks shit.

You can get a mountain bike, you get can a motorbike, but that is taking the piss.

It doesn't really look sturdy enough for any 'tricks' to be honest. Laughing

If it's built like any average mountain bike it will fall to bits before too long. Rolling Eyes

PS. Are they rear footpegs I see?! How would you get your ass on the seat of that thing with someone already on it???

If engine is bigger, it'll be more fun. 50cc is too small.

I think its cool. Engine is probably too small, but i'd like to ride one around a skate park first to see what its like.

All hail the mighty Royal Enfield Bullet engine!! Quite easily the most recognisable engine i have ever seen. Pitty they wont be useing that engine, but not surprising. 500CC, 23 Bhp standard, will touch 40Bhp with a lot of work, and designed over 50 years ago.

Wouldnt mind a shot on one, but dont think i would probably want to own one.

Some body on another thread said they cannot be de-restricted, or he couldnt(cant remember).

Probably good if it cant be de-restricted because it would fall to bits in seconds at speeds above 30!!

is it manual or is it semi-automatic because i see a gear changer.

It cannot be de-restricted as it isn't restricted in the first place. Fitting an upgraded CDI, fitting a big-bore kit and fitting a different exhaust is tuning it up, not de-restricting.

I thought Sachs had gone bust so don't know what getting spares is going to be like.

Saw a lad on one get overtook by a lorry, he looked very vunerable.

I like the quirky looks of them Embarassed but wouldn't ride one on the road.
