hello,

I have a Honda NSR 125R -94

Im having some problems whit it, it over heats. It takes about 5min (from cold engline) for the engine to reach the "red zone" on the temperature-meter.??

I have tried to remove the "temperature regulator" and drive whit out it. i`ve checked the coolant pump aswell, seems to be working??

Im all out of ideas?? why does it over-heat??

Please help me! Sad

The temp sender could be faulty.

Could be air in the top of the water jacket (head), try bleeding it with the bleed screw !
