Does the photocard provisional licence come with a paper counter part as well?

ask the DVLA nicly and they will charge you a huge fee then kick your ass for losing it in the first place. and then charge you for the ass kicking they've had to give you.

I don't think it's /that/ huge. In some (not all) cases you can do it over the phone with a credit/devit card as well.

It's £17 quid, you gotta fill in a form from the post office.
(I lost mine when I had to change it when I got married and then after paying the pennies and getting it back I found it!!)
