See pics , the CBR has scuffs here and there, I thinking of touching it up , I'm thinking
sand down the area , spray on some primer , masking tape around the area and spray
on some paint? , am I correct? ,

I don't mind bikes with minor scars but only if they are mine.

Any thoughts?

Ta

Thoughts?

You'd be doing well to make it match.

I'd leave them.

A bodged repair will look just that.

you are best to spray the area without masking it then t cutting it back and hope you have a good match on the paint. masking it up will leave you with a ridge where the tape was as paint will be thicker. can you not just spray the hole panel. thats what i did and i got a really good match and a better finish. its all in the prep. Very Happy

I think I'm just going to plastic weld the crack up and stick black tape over these scuffs , maybe write OUCH on them, my NTV is covered in those things, makes it look used and ridden!
