Hi to cut a long story short my horrible neighbours kid(4 years old) isnt going to school/playschool,he was of school all last week and there was nothing wrong with him,he was outside playing in the front park outside our house etc, yesterday he was telling his parents to fuck off,he has real bad parents, his dad doesnt work, been in trouble with the police plenty of times, cant control there kids.

i want to know if theres a way i can report him for his kid not going to school,im sure its law that they have to go now.

any help would be great

Not sure how you can report the parents, but I know this is taken seriously now as I got stopped with my youngest by the police and a truancy officer yesterday to find out why she wasn't in school (chickenpox ). Is the kid supposed to be in full time education? Your local councils website may help.

ever thought the kid could all ready have been expelled and is waiting placement at another school, if they aint harming you then i dont see why you should report it, ok you hear bad language from them but you get that on here.

Just stay out of it and leave em be, besides how do you think people react when they have been grassed up, not nicely

I don't think the kid will be required to attend school at the age of four. Lots of kids don't start school until they are five.

well considering it was only a few weeks ago the same kid told my misses to fuck of while she was in our very own garden i think i have a right to report them,at the end of the day if the parent isnt taking there kids to school etc then its in the childs best interest for me to report there parent.

i guess some people dont mind kids at the age of four swearing etc but i do as like i said before i have 2 kids myself and i wouldnt want them playing with kids that speak in that way.

Anonymous phone call to report kid playing with needles and syringes should get the wheels moving...

You don't need to attend school until age 5, IIRC.
Try firebombing their house. Or maybe you could ignore it, iuno.

Ya mean like the way you condone the cunts you think are your friends yet who you KNOW steal bikes? After all, they ain't stealing YOUR bike so what does it matter, right?

& just how deep does this moral turpitude of yours go? We already know you condone stealing bikes, & now you condone child neglect/abuse.
If your wife get raped/beaten/mugged etc & someone on here posts "oh yeah, a couple of my mates did that, but I can't grass em up because they're me mates".. Then you'd have no problem with that?

Thats correct, unless they are between the ages of 5-16 then I wouldnt worry about if they are attending school or not. At the age of 4 he would only be in pre-school which is not a requirement.

As per, you are being a little bitchy drama queen banging on about shit that has nothing to do with this thread, so carry on then chapstick, why not get another thread that you didnt make dragged into fights and flame wars Rolling Eyes

All very nice, except you didn't answer the question..... So once again, answer the question:

oh dear, caught in your own bullshit reasoning huh? So if you don't agree with it being ok for you & your family, why the fuck should everyone else have to live under a different set of moral's than you do?
YOu REALLY should think before posting, that way people might have a little bit of respect for your opinions.
The *point* of the thread is if people should report crimes, child neglect etc, apparently you think people should only do so if it affects YOU. Therefore my posts in the thread ARE about the subject matter at hand....

I agree with that. Unless the kid looked seriously starved or has evidence of abuse then you should keep your nose out.
