Lite mode? Check the link at the bottom of the page. Failing that, I've had BCF come up like that, but I refreshed the screen and it was fine.

It hasn't loaded the stylesheet. Refresh it until it does. If it persists, clear your cache and try again.

are you shore its not your text sizing?are all web pages like it or just bcf? could also be your screen resolution.
