If you hit an oil slick whilst leant over you did well to keep it upright as it was your first time out. Thumbs Up

I'm glad my Dad's not a member of the forums I frequent!

Well done for keeping it upright. Bare in mind you can't blame everything on oil as many bikers will try and do.

I didn't laugh honest, but I had to smile, I'm glad you and the bike are okay. Remember take it easy in the wet especially after such a long dry spell, as we've had recently. Thumbs Up Mr. Green

Were there any seagulls covered in oil from the slick and a bunch of hippies trying to clean it off them?

OK, so its a young boy out on his bike for one of his first rides and looking at the girls. Was it oil, or too much teenage exitement?

Anyway, big up to mini stalk for being a top son. Happy birthday!!

It can happen at any age. Last year I was manoeuvring between bollards outside the post office when I spotted a gorgeous Asian girl dressed like a Bollywood superstar coming down the road. Result......
Broken toe from riding into bollard. Mr. Green

lol made me smile. Very Happy

Ladies tend to look at you when driving something a wee bigger. Just concentrate on the road when your on a moped drivings hard enough as it is let alone when you start taking your eyes off the road. but i will say ive done it a few times so im guilty to Embarassed

Mini roundabout at 20 mph not leaned over..... Lost it on a oil slick went up a kerb and into a bush while looking at young girls ?

Mmm,

So you straight lined a mini roundabout and crashed....... Rolling Eyes

Had you taken it properly, you would not have hit the slick, made a far better impression with the young ladies Confused and exited in style.... No in a pile.. Embarassed

Or were you hoping htey would rush over and kiss it better.. Shocked
