Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to my 4-stroke 125 to make it a bit more powerful? I'll be passing my test soon hopefully (it's booked at least), and when I pass I would like a bit more than the 12BHP it currently offers!

The bike is a Hyosung RX125 (https://www.hyosungmotors.com.au/rx125.html)

thanks in advance,

andy

You can't derestrict them, becasuse there isn't any more power to be released. A 4 stroke 125 is making maximum power at 12-15 bhp.

Unfortuntately the easiest and cheapest way to get more power is probably to sell it and buy a bigger bike.

They are designed with this amount of power and a normally aspirated 4 stroke 125 single can't reasonably make /that/ much more power anyway.
