fps problems on css?

Hi all recently my fps has just suddenly dropped , ive lowered all the graphics to low , lowered my resolution and im getting like 9fps !?? it was fine not so long back but its just started playing up.

when i do the video stress test , i average 46fps but when i play the game i get 9?

graphics card gone Kapuff?

latest drivers for it?

what have you changed to affect the FPS? (formatted lately etc., updated the game, reinstalled it etc. etc.)

It's very interesting that your stress test and in-game frame rates are so different. The only thing I can think of would be something to do with your network or possibly your ethernet card? Sometimes when your processor and network card aren't getting along, such as when the card's fried, it can drastically slow the performance of online games. Have you any bots you can play with to test my wacky theory? It's a long shot but I've been watching alot of 'House' lately and I wanna be cool like Hugh Laurie.

Ok lads, i was reading loads of forums and some guy said he had the same problem and cleaned his ram and it was fine.

So i took out my ram , cleaned it popped it back in , and its been fine since Confused
