Keys different on my computer??

My @ and " have swapped around. To get @ i have to press shift and number 2 and to get " i press shift and the ' button. Sorry for the confusion.
When im typing here its ok, but on msn its the wrong way, so i cant do the angry face easily. Any reason why its changed like since this morning, or how do i change it back?

go to control panel

regional settings

set all options to uk not US Thumbs Up
