Recently I have been having problems leaving my bike in town :s

A few nights ago I came out of work to find my scrambler had been put in the rubbish skip!

A few days before that (and several times now) I have came out of college to find someone sitting on my bike having a fag...

And finally today I came out of college and found my bike (ts50) lying on its side. No damage but thats not the point, someone had been messing with it, I found it in gear, lights, indicators on lying on its side.

Anyone else have these problems or is it just me? :s If it had been my cbr250 on its side I would have cried. I'm getting an alarm on the cbr but not on the ts50, anything else I can do? like fit a spike on the seat or something Evil or Very Mad

Never had it happen to mine but I think its more likely to happen to tattier type bikes like your ts.

don't really think theres much you can do to stop it apart from watch your bike all the time then go smack the little fu...... with a bat. Evil or Very Mad

bloody hell Shocked

Well I think you need to sort these scrotes out before they end up nicking your bike mate. What did you do to the guy you caught sitting on your bike? If you did nothing then that's why they'll keep doing it.

I agree with Kissyfur! I threatened all the smokers at work when i caught them smoking in the bike shed next to the Gixxer. It was only partially due to the fact that it leaked petrol Very Happy

Would you like a security guard Mike?

basically I would hide in a bush near to your bike and if anybody so much as looks at your shed, I mean TS50 then I would leap out and pummel them to death with various weapons, such as a baseball bat covered in barbed wire with poison on the end. I would continue to do that until either people leave your bike alone, I get beat up or the police turn up in which case I'll run away like a scared little girl! Very Happy

I'm sure you could set up some sort of electrical device that gave out a highish current 12v shock... so if anybody touches your bike they get a bit of a zap. If the Gestapo ask questions then you've got a intermittent electrcal fault that you're gonna get fixed, officer! Very Happy
Maybe you'd have to wire up a car battery to it or something, and hide it somehwere, cos I doubt you cold use the bikes electrics.
Its just a thought anyway.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Like gav said, i'm not exactly a big chap Confused I just asked the geezers nicely if they could leave my bike alone. Never caught the same person on it, seems like a different person everytime.

I'm not that bothered about the ts50 just so long as its there when i get back, just the fact that its my property and they shouldn't be touching it without my permission. Chances are if a complete stranger came up and asked for a go on it I would let them.

I park it next to all the other bikes/scooters and it is actually under a camera I believe so in theory it should be safe.

I do like the electric shock idea though!

I have a solution. Leave a sample of your socks on there. You should also be able to get away with parking it where you like.
