with the odd bike going missing here and there, just a thought about having a missing/stolen bike forum-type-bit. thoughts?

we should have a dont steal my bike! forum....
where people can post things such as

'please dont come to 24 ham lane at 7:00 pm on monday and steal my bike from my garage so i can get a new one off insurance... i never hide my keys under the mat.'
