Now I'm assuming that you're talking about a very specific user. However, even tho I was all for his banning first time round he's actually done nothing to warrant it again.

Fair points lads but going on what youve just said there really is no point in banning someone in the first place. Surely a *ban* means youre not allowed back on the site?

Surely the point is to get rid of whatever shitty behaviour was causing a problem. As the user has now calmed down and hasn't been an arse with the new username I don't see the problem in him staying. If he does become a problem again then yeah, ban him, but until then let him be.

Ok so what if someone who is banned changes their user name, behaves for a while then gets banned again? He allowed to make another username and be given another chance?

Come on, being banned means being banned. Kornel should be able to tell him to stop any shitty behaviour before he gets banned, if it carrys on then the ban should take place.

Lets be honest here, theres no way to stop someone coming back on this site completely. AFAIK he was IP banned but is simply using a different machine.

What he was doing was, IMHO, a lot worse.
He was given a second chance, he /didn't/ make use of it obviously and did get banned again.

Personally I didn't think he deserved a second chance. Don't see nearly as much of a problem here.
