You wont beat a RS125 I've had a 1999 RS125 and a 2001 NSR125 and the RS125 was faster upto 60 & had a higher top speed. A NSR125 wont do 0-60 in 5 seconds, it probably does it in 6 to 7 seconds.

the nsr WILL do 60 in 5 secs, if you wanna beet him i would change gear earlyer maybe around 9.5-10 because after that you should feel the bike stop pulling as much, this being because youve passed its optimum range.

good luck.

Smile my bike does have the smaller front sprocket it pulls about 95-100mph on a windless day but it aint pulling 0-60 in 5 secs would a arrow full system exhaust make it faster acceleration wise or top end it s supposed to add 3 bhp is this true

nope not 5 seconds never
rs and mito accelerate quicker, more bhp less weight
a cbr 250 or fzr 250 do it in around 5.3, ive raced on on my rs, not a chance
they do 60 in 2nd(the fzr anyway) and acceleration is instant.

fuck about with sprockets youll prob get to about 6, standard is about 6.8or 7
