.....and i quote in an advert for a Reiju RS2 50cc!!

"Ive seen some the adverts claiming their 50ccs are very fast and can do up to 65mph but let me assure you this is about average for a 50cc. this bike really is FAST!! and can be proven, I have a video on my phone of the bike on a dyno and it acheived 91 mph. this can be sent if required."

You could gear a 50cc to reach 190mph on a dyno and it probably could thanks to the lack of air resistance (depending on the drum in the dyno etc of course). Wouldn't really mean much, of course.

g just beat me to it... top speed readouts are useless on a dyno. No wind resistance and no rider = pointless data

It's more likely driven from the engine somewhere and calculated from according to which gear it's in.

One of those where changing the rear sprocket sends the speedo out of whack.

Gotta love his efforts though!!

Lol, anyone with any sense would probably be put off by things like:

It does come with a few scratches and the stand needs to be welded it still works but leans over a bit far because it hit the curb someone resently opened a taxi door on me and ran off, I did come off but I have not had any accidents and insurance claims or anything like that.

and:
this bikes engine is running smoothly and there is no problems with the bike. it currently has a flat front tyre due to having a nail in it

He doesn't seem like the brightest spark, bless him.

If he has had it on a dyno he will no doubt still have the print out of the test.
Ask him for a copy. Mr. Green

god how i wish it had fallen off its broken stand whilst the back wheel was spinning at 90. Would have gone through the freaking garage window. Now that would have been worth watching. Very Happy Thumbs Up
