I had 3 points on my provisional license, now i've finally got my full driving license on the counterpart it doesn't show my points, (before you ask I have 3 points for defective tyre) does this mean my license is clear? and the points are no more?

Afraid not buddy.

Defective Tyre stays on for 3 years.

Be careful with non disclosure to insurance companies.

You can get away with it until you have to make a claim. Remember insurance companies can get information directly from the DVLA, an they will go through every measure in order to not pay out for you - the B*stards. Luv your capitalist country now don't ya Wink

You sure about that Question
I had a crash a few years ago (non fault)and the insurance company wanted to see my licence (I had undeclared points) so I told my solicitor and she said they had no reason to see my licence and dealt with it !
Anyway they paid out so unless this is a new thing Confused

Points normally stay on a licence for four years, but are only counted for three. That your licence has come back clean sounds like a mistake.
