Silly boys!

To switch the speedometer and
odometer/tripmeter displays between
kilometers and miles, set
the display to the odometer mode
“ODO”, and then press the “SELECT”
button for at least two seconds.

Most 'bikes with digital speedos can be changed easily enough. With my Adventure, it's the "Mode" button you press for at least 10 seconds.

As always, RTFM.

Ah you beautiful gentlemen. good work (apart from 'kwaker6r's "get an overlay sticker")

also, if anyone's reading this, is there anything wrong with going up gears without the clutch? its just easier and i'm a bit worried it's bad..?
