Got a letter from the CSA with a summons to the magistrates court for non payment of CSA!!
According to them I owe close to 6k for CSA which is bull!
I was unemployed for a long period of time and I also asked to be reassessed but they refused, just sending me bills and not claim packs!
I have been paying my ex wife money now directly now for ages. and the ex has told me she do sent want the money and she will tel the CSA to stop the action!
So now I'm stressed a bit worried and also mega Peeved!! ____________________ Carbon closet tart! https://www.bikepics.com/members/r6stuk/02r6/

I believe your ex has absolutely no say in the matter.
If she claims any sort of benefit for the child, it will include a lone parent benefit. i.e. child maintenance, therefore, you owe the state the money.
GET YOUR ASS TO THE CITIZEN'S ADVICE BUREAU! They will be able to help with disputing/appealing against the decision.
I really hope you have been paying the ex via a standing order from your bank account into hers, otherwise, unless you think your ex is going to agree to write a statement to inform them of the cash payments she has (in effect) illegally been receiving, there's not much you can do about it.
Alternatively if you have been providing for your child whenever he/she has been in need of items, shoes, clothing etc. I hope you have kept ALL of the receipts.
Both bank statements and receipts will be accepted as proof of you paying for the wellbeing of your child, and impact on the amount of arrears they can ask you to repay.
As for the periods of unemployment, make a request, in writing, to the benefits agency/jobcentre plus asking for dates of claiming unemployment benefit, if you didn't claim, the tax office should be able to help you out, with taxable earnings certificates (I am unsure of the correct name - Never done this myself) or suchlike.
Sorry dude that's pretty much all I know!

Standing Order
That is good news. You can possibly make a request at your bank for information of the standing order, which more than likely can include information on when it was set up, how much it is for and how many times it has been paid into your ex's accounts. Some banks even go as far as being able to give you a record of all of this, plus information on any changes that have been made to the amounts, dates, frequency etc.
Failing this, you will need to either print off statements using online banking facilities (some internet banking facilities only go back as far as six years), or get your bank to send copies of every statement where the amount is shown as transferred into her account. The bank will more than likely charge for this, I believe the average cost is ten pounds per sheet! I believe however that most banks only charge for the first two or three sheets, ones after these are normally free of charge. Saying that - 20-30 pounds is money well spent compared to six thousand pounds.
Seriously though, you are bound to have the right to appeal the decision before it gets to court. Get proof of all payments to your ex (including any receipts, credit card purchases for the child, etc) you have ever made and go to CAB ASAP!
Hope this helps. ____________________ Funny, I used to hate being spanked as a child!
