My mates wife is mexican, and i went round for some dinner last night.
Very nice indeed, but i am the stinkiest man on earth this morning. Very Happy

That's something there just isn't enough of here: mexican food.

There's a tex-mex place here, but it's the sort of mexican food you'd find in Wisconsin. "ooohh! we serve chili con carne! That's mexican!"

Bah! Old El Paso isn't Mexican! It's pre-prepared Americanized crap.

Enchiladas Poblanas are Enchiladas using Mole Poblano for the sauce.
