Nasty accident...

[bambam]

Ok so i was out training on my bicycle lastnite when a cop car came whizzing past me......i eventually got to where they had stopped and to my suprise saw a black suzuki, or should i say what was left of a black suzuki all over the path. to be honest i really didnt think much to it as there was a chappy in leahters talking to the police so i thought well at least the guy off the bike is ok so i carried on my way.

On the way back however everyone was still there and there was a small crowd massing and looking at the bike, this time i managed to get a better look at the bike/accident scene, oh dear what a mess.....by the looks of it both side fairings were completely riped off and also by the look of it the engine wasnt in much cop either and there was glass and liquid all over the road.

Unfortunatley i then saw an ambulance parked up on the grass/side road and they was some poor bugger strapped to a bed, neck brace the lot by the look of it. Looked like they'd taken his leathers off to treat him me thinks, i guess the guy in the leathers i saw earlier must have been his mate.

i as im sure are we all hopping the poor bugger is ok and recovers quickly. god knows what happened, i didnt see a damaged car or anything nor any broken lamp posts......will have to keep an eye out on the evening paper see if there is a story in there.

sorry for rambling just thought id post what id seen lastnite.
for info the accident was in Waddington just outside Lincoln.
