Triumph Bonneville.
865cc, not that you'd notice. Piss poor brakes. Keep getting my trouser leg caught round the footpeg. Low and chunky.
Quite like it. |

They gave you that as a courtesy bike? It's a peculiar choice... ____________________ www.bikepics.com/members/jackcheese <--- NOW FOR SALE! 51 Plate Cagiva Planet 125

Next time try and blag a go on the Thruxton - the seating position feels a little bit more 'naughty' than the bonny, plus I want to know what they're like ____________________ Avast! Pirates ahoy!

My dad got one when his sprint went in for a service, He loved it said he could definately see himself getting one when he got old, I told him he was old, age and experiance will beat youth and enthusiasm, aparrantly . ____________________ Well, you know what they say. Bloke at work just got an 06 plate one of them. He rode it to work once, showed us how shiney it was, then put it back in his garage and reverted to his GN125
I understand dry miles & all that, but surely nice bikes are for riding?!?
You shoulda tried to get a scrambler

Looks a bit squishy.
Are the brakes carved from genuine mahogany or plain old plywood?
Each to their own - I think on a warm summers day, open face helmet, pair o goggles and a gaggle of like minded mates, that would be nice to ride on country lanes, on the way back to the pub/hotel. Park it up, get a pint of real ale, talk about days gone by when ...
...uhhhh where am I?
My dad had one of those a couple of years ago. Think he bought it on impulse as a last gap "get back into biking" after 20 years off them. Did about 900 miles on it from new and flogged it, never rode a bike again. (Though he keeps threatening to have a go on my Thunderace when I take it round. Bet he can still ride like a nutter if he wants to.) |

Bonneville Black Engine . This model is cheaper than normal one. But blacked out engine looks as good as normal one. |
