innocent bikers and idiots in cars

People seem to think it biker who are in the most accidents and most dangerous drivers and need more extensive training and testing.

I disagree because today on the way home from work i was riding down hill doing about 50mph with 4 golf gti`s coming up the hill easliy doing 80mph+ 2 beside each other the luckly got out my way in time.

Then like 2 minutes later a subaru flies past me again excessive speed we get the the 30 mph zone hes doing bout 10 mph weeving all over the road then he suddenly speeds up to 35mph so i follow then he pulls a handbrake turn on the mainroad!!!!!!!! i almost go into the back of and he flies off in the opposite direction with his mates in the cars following me.

Then inoccent law abiding drivers get speedin tickets for doing 34mph in a 30 so stupid. I bet none of these guys i saw tonight have insurance or anything and how on earth do they afford basically brand new impreza and gti`s!!!!!!!!

People like that do my head in. Normally it points to one of 3 things:

1: Drug money.
2: Stolen.
3: A spoilt shit of a kid.

Get the numbers report to police. If you are lucky they will have other peeps doing the same.

what you are saying i that we need more traffic police out there on the road calming people down and making the world a better place.
or we could just opt for cameras that just give points and raise money and have no effect on drivers.
do you think its unrelated that drink driving is on the increase.
cameras cant catch drink drivers,if they speed they ony get the 3 points,if it was a traffic car they would have to blow into the bag.(i know its not a bag any more)

Yeah, I do think that most of those lads are fully insured. Lets face it they are a target group to be discriminated against and they'd not going to last very long without getting pulled by the police. How they afford it I don't know, and don't really care tbh... it's none of my business.

Im defiantly not saying more speed cameras because they catch the wrong people , but these guys i witness speeding excessively every day straight past the speed cameras dont seem to get caught and theres never a copper around to witness it.

we live in a land of nearly unlimited credit, if i wanted a brand new evo/impreza i could walk into the show room and buy one on finance there and then. Im not rich by any stretch but over 5-6 years its possible.

he did 50 in a 60. The government has nessessary bodies which assess each road and put a speed limit on it. IF there is a NSL sign then its safe to do the NSL speed for that road.

Why is it more dangerous going down a hill unless he had his clutch in and coasting, there would be little change of speed, not enough to go over the 60 limit.

I think yo will find that people doing 30/40mph on NSL roads put more lives at risk than people who sit just under the speed limit.

You would certainly fail a car/ bike test inf you were doing less than around 45mph in a 60 zone when traffic is low and there is sufficient ground ahead.
