They're Asda specials, a whole £5 worth. Is it OK to stick them in the washer and dryer? I'm a bit useless when it comes to things like this... Very Happy

I've washed espadrilles before (not trainers). Try em on a cool wash (30/40 degree).

I accept no liability if they come out ruined, though! But for the sake of £5, will it matter that much???

Put them in a pillowcase.
They'll be fine if you do that.

Don't put them in the tumble dryer, though.
Put 'em in the airing cupboard.

I put my Dunlop Green Flash in the w/m frequently, with one of them sachets of whitening stuff, and with an old towel to keep the noise down... they come out lovely an' clean.

Then I sit them upside-down on a radiator to dry.
