Thanks people.

I had one of these before, went like stink, sounded great, went round corners like on rails (not that I had the guts to throw it that far),but was only really good fun well into losing my licence area and it killed my wrists after 30 mins.https://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i53/Toecutter_xjr/P90pics065.jpg

The XJR suits me fine, pulls like a train up to 90 then wants to rip your head off Very Happy due to wind preasure,
although the ypvs fairing helps a little (only ridden it twice since the 7 month rebuild and that was on sat)

That unfaired XJR looks great. The row of pipes under the radiator gives the bike a look of something rather powerful. Overall it is a good shape.

This is my favourite XJR13.

Always loved this bike, it looks a beast! It's very tunable too! The Akropovic 4-1 system saves about 20kg and adds 20bhp when combined with a K&N and dynojet kit!

Then thens FJ1200 cams, big bore kits, flowed/ported heads available etc.! 160bhp at the crank isn't that hard to achieve for about £2-2.5K.
