hi all, would this chain be good enough to fit to my Honda VFR400 NC30? WHat is the difference between O-ring and X-ring chains?
many thanks Smile

I'd just go to https://www.bandcexpress.co.uk/ and order one of their Road Drive Kits

Well it does say it'll fit your bike

Can't comment on the quality though, I don't know the manufacturer.

I haven't heard of that make of chain before so I'd give it a wide birth - do what TobyR says or have a look here:

https://shop.wemoto.com/index.dyn?oid=25334

DID are in my opinion one of the best chains - a DID chain and sprocket kit from Wemoto is £94 including VAT Thumbs Up

O ring means the rings the hold the grease inside the rollers are little errr o shaped rings like doughnuts (mmm donuts) Wink X ring are x shaped in cross-section and as such seal the grease in at two points (the corners of the x if you see what I mean) meaning less chance of the grease escaping and so extending the life of the chain.

See here :

Erm I just ordered a set of chain and sprockets and they've been delivered 23 hours after I ordered? Is that some sort of record?
