Hi all, new here,

Bought my NSR about 2 weeks ago to learnt to ride on, love riding it. But have found a problem now i have been riding it for a while, the plastic that lines the arch under the rear wheel has a huge crack in it and from what i can see the owner before has just cable tied it up!! I came across it when pulling up at home and the number plate had dissappeared into the tail of the bike. The bike does have a "race" plate holder from what i gather. Doesn't have the huge mudguard or bracket. Question is, has anyone got any ideas on repair? tried sourcing a replacement part on ebay and various contacts, which has come up short, may contact honda direct and get a replacement price, but I'm not over excited at that thought or too confident on getting a replacement.

Problem is I cant ride until I have sorted it as the number plate could catch the tyre again and dont want to risk that. Crying or Very sad

Is that the huge great thing the plate bolts to or do you mean the liner inside the tail?

When he says it's been "Chopped". Don't worry he's referring to him not having the massive mudguard 'gay' extension thingymajiggy Razz It bolts on/off to nothings broke.

Problem Resolved ?

PS. I'm not the seller neither do i have any link to the seller.

That mudguard is filthy, clean it up and you might be able to plastic weld it.
Failing that look at the one in the ebay link.
