getting a aprillia rs125 tomorrow that needs a crank rebuild.

How much am i roughly looking at to get it done?

Cant strip the engine and rebuild it myself.

A complete engine rebuild from stan stephens is £200 plus parts. Hope you got it cheap!

Hi

£200 is pretty cheap for a full rebuild.

While you can get the engine out yourself I would not advise you try and rebuild it yourself. You need pullers to pull the engine cases back together. Basically push the crank into one crankcase half the pull the other end of the crank into the other crankcase half. If you just press the cases together then you will put a sideways load on the main bearings and they are then likely to fail shortly afterwards.
