Hi

That was a good day.

Big thanks to M and Stew for putting us up (especially those who turned up way too early) and putting on a bbq.

All the best

Keith

Big up to everyone to turned up (and helped with the firestarting Wink )

Had lots of fun and got my fastest 1/4 mile time of this year which was 11.68s also improved on my flyer time and managed 151.1 mph Very Happy , happy with that.

We had a good crowd which included:
G (KR1S)
Bendy (CBR600)
Alex (R6)
Ste (Mountain Bike Razz)
Keith (Bandit 12)
Charlotte (GPZ 500)
Zak (Thundercat)
Demonic (blade)
Chez (MX5)
Craig (ZX6R)
Natasha
Kev (Hornet 6)
Craig_ (on his amazing clean RS125)
Ropehead and his girlffriend (car :S)
M (VFR400)
and myself. (YZF750)

Only thing disappointing was the fact that we had to wai so long for the drag strip as it wasn't a 'proper RWYB' as such and we had to enter classes in the straightliners event.

Brilliant fun all the same, and Cadwell 2moro Smile )

Sorry I couldn't pop up guys. I did my CBT all day, then a couple of my mates were back from uni so we went to watch England try to play football at the pub. I would have come up but having done my CBT all day in not the nicest of conditions the last thing I wanted to do was drive up into Lincolnshire, especially in a car when you lot are on bikes. Glad you had a good time anyways, and please nobody stack it at Cadwell today Smile

Me wants to go again.

Me might bother to unbolt mirrors for next top speed run.

Me might consider a different can.

Me might be getting broke unless I control myself.

All the best

Keith

Well bugger me. I spend 15 minutes scrolling through Kev's list to find BCF members, only to find some smart arse (Stew Razz) has already done the same and posted all the BCF times. /meh

Because for some reason you both entered the 12.50 second classs instead of the 11.50 class. So when you went under the 12.5 second margin you are automatically moved to the 10.50second class as a penalty. Its to stop the 'proper' straightline entrants from simply going way to fast in the 12.5 class and managing to win in the 11.5 class as the idea is to get as close to the class margin as possible without 'breaking through'.

I thought your final flyer was 149.6, or did you have another run at it. I think I have a quarter mile time missing too, perhaps the equipment stopped working towards the end. Confused
