The black one was Annabellas. The unfaired one was mcjamweasels. The ZXR750 was the guy that came with mcjamweasel. Shame there are no pics of Keiths Bimota, its well nice

Most impressed, both are very clean & shiny... my NSR's wheels were pink but you can't tell they're not supposed to be a rough black (I actually got my hands dirtier from the wheels that the chain a while ago when I was doing some stuff to it!)

Dylan man!! The screen is awful!!! They sent the wrong one - it's a blade screen and took ages to fit, and then I cracked it in the process so I can't be bothered to take it off and risk any more damage to the fairing until I get a new black NSR screen that looks right.

Dodd - you know I don't mean any of it nastily. Very Happy

My bike was the princely sum of £400. (Though I have spent another £400 approximately on the fairing and a new exhaust).

Not bad eh?

Hi

The Stormy Petral, at Tern Hill on the A41 on Thursday night. Quite a busy night there, having been a good day and all.

Dodds bike might not be that quick, but he managed to sit happily at 60 on the way back (while I was following), and it was cheap to insure!

All the best

Keith

Ide go with black, keep it looking as original as possiable. How much was the paintjob then?? You got a complete set of replica fairings and got them respayed didnt you?? Just trying to work out how much its gonna cost me to sort out the cracks on my fairing.
Thanks

The paint job was...Ummmm trying to remember desperately...... £160 ish, To get the cracks repaired shouldn;t cost you anywhere near as much as I paid. If you go somewhere that specialises in bike pastics then they will be able to repair it and do a touch up for you.

Oh, McJamweasel, Dodd and Keith....remember that guy that randomly followed me back from the bar.......I didn;t know him, but tonight I took my Brownies out for a leisurely paddle (disguised as very educational "pond dipping") at a local nature reserve, and when i got out the car a guy came up to me said "hows the bike?"....it was that dude! Wow, it's a small world - he runs the place!

If you mean the guy about my height in the red and white leathers with the Guzzi, then I met him last Monday at the Bradford Arms, and I think he knew you / knew of you from there

Hi

I think that was just for the front fairing panels on the NSR, not for the side panels under the seat. The same guy resprayed a bike for me (Cagiva Freccia) for £268 about 2 years ago, including doing some plastic welding and making up the stickers. OK, he is probably more expensive now and that bike was only 2 major colours, but probably not much over £300 for a full bike in colours. He thinks it will be around £400 for a complete respray with some plastic welding on an old Aprilia AF1 Sintesi for me (4 colour paint job)

All the best

Keith

Yea, it was the guy in the red and white leathers....Damn I'm useless for faces/names! Grrr too dizzy.

It was just the front fairing, the side panels are the orignal paint work - pretty shiny huh? And like Keith says, it depends how many colours you want. Mine was five...and the only one that was standard was the black so they had to mix them all up especially!
