Hey.

just looking for a bit of advice really.

bought a CG125 about 2 weeks ago, first bike and everything.

unfortunatly i did come off it last night, left pegs bent up and left front indicator is damaged.

is it very noticeable if i just bent the peg back down and got the indicator bodged up? (its just a little loose) as i'm looking to sell the bike on for about the amount i've paid for it.

firstly you tell us if the damage is noticable we cant see it??????
secondly i presume its an oldish cg and if i was buying an old cg id naturally assume that at some point it had been dropped by a learner anyway its kind of what 125's are for, well maybe not what they are for but an inevitable part of their life

I would personally not have a problem selling a 125 thats been dropped and not mentioning it so long as it was safe to ride. If i was asked outright id probably tell the truth and hope others would too

Could probably pick a new/2nd hand indicator and peg off Ebay for next to nowt.
Always worth while having at least a spare lens just in case.

bodge up the graze on the clutch lever maybe say it was a wall or something when you were putting it in the garage?

also it may just be the light or reflections but, is the side panel the same colour as the tank?

and i made the mistake earlier that day of dipping the fairings in a bucket of steaming car shampoo.

the color has kinda gone back to the color of the tank now.

Tap the pegs straight (GENTLY) witha lump hammer - did this twice to my CG.

Apart from that it looks fine.

How much did you buy her for in the first place?

looks like a small scuff on the engine housing next to the gear lever

and paid £400 for her, dont think thats too bad, but yet not tbe best price ever, but theres rarely a 125 around here anyway.

and she's a lot more shiny and clean since this pic.
