Three weeks ago I removed the Ariel HS that has spent the last 30 months in my living room and gave myself a bit of house space. I returned her to her owner and enjoyed watching TV without having to move handlebars and cricking my neck.
Tonight I did this with my 36 hill climber.

What ives it even more charm is the huge BSA Goldstar inlet valve I just found in the head! I am waiting the pleasures of the camshaft untill the morning.

Mate of mine rebuild a chop in the bedroom, built it from the ground up then had to take it apart to get it down stairs and out the door...To say his Missus was not pleased was an understatment...

LOL you mean the mannequin I presume. My house is full of odd things like that, I adore the work of artists such as Marcel Duchamp and the other Dadaists and I like to use found objects out of context.
The bike is now a pile of bits and what I have found is very encouraging. The piston is about 12-1, Inlet is opened out for a huge BSA Goldstar valve , Flywheels and conrod mirror polished. This mother was built for speed!
Tomorrow I start modifying the frame.

Well it has been a buisy weekend but the bike is totally striped down and in boxes awaiting work. I have carved 0.5 kg of brackets from the frame that are not needed and the bottom frame rails have been heated up and spread to take the alloy engine plates I will be making for her.
My living room no longer looks like a scrap-yard Mr. Green
