...is bloody brilliant stuff!

Got a standard kit off of an ebay guy for £9.50 to repair my gullarm bellypan (one of the lugs was snapped clean off).

Can highly recommend it, does exactly what it says on the, er, box!

Easy to use, great results. Only thing to be wary of is the fumes off the liquid Sick unless you're into that kinda thing.

I'll post a pic of the fix tonight, but I was really impressed Thumbs Up Very Happy

Might repair those old CBR125 bits to sell on ebay now!

Only trouble is my flats now turning into a garage...tools and bits of bike all over (it's a SMALL flat!) oh well...

I didn't know you were selling the GSXR. What are you replacing it with? Smile

I've heard a soldering iron and a plastic CD case/ Biro pen work just as well as these fairing repair kits by the way! My dad repaired the crack in my fairing with just the soldering iron but you can still see the cracks from the outside. The cost of getting it resprayed just isn't worth it.

I've already got a CBR400 Very Happy sad to see the gixxer go, but can't have two bikes!

The thing with plastex is you can actually make a new lug, theres a mould thing and you can just add a 'new' lug that way. So better than plastic solder.

Plastics are a bugger, 150 quid for a new bellypan? Get stuffed! They're so flimsy too. Sad
