nsr125f overheating.

hi there took my 92 nsr125f for a ride yesterday and when i got home i notice coolant was running out of the top of the reserve coolant tank, thought it was just a one off then took it for a ride today and its still doing it.

the temp rose to nearly the red before i got a chance to switch it off. what could be the problem and whats the cure?. im very handy with a spanner so not concerned about getting stuck in and taking the engine out etc.
