im just wandering in the next 5 - 7 years what will be different to the A2 test and anything else?

they're changing alot in the next year, let alone 5-7 years. This year they are supposed to be extending the theory test so that you get 50 multiple choice questions instead of 35. Also next year they are introducing a far more intense A2 test that involves offroad riding skills. You might find some info in the Bike News section

Don't worry its not scrambling skills

The offroad section will be analogous to the part of your CBT you did in a schoolyard - somewhere out of the way that you aren't going to have traffic issues.

I understand it will centre on low speed maneuvering similar to the American MSF.
