I think I made a poll when i was gonna stubby the gixxer can. and I went ahead and did it.

now, i've got the R1 i'm disgusted at how quiet these Scorpion cans are especially for a price tag of £500.

now, Do I stubby them, or leave them as is.

cheers for voting.

Not a big fan of stubbies myself although some do look good.

Sell the Scorpions and buy something else.

I wouldn't do it to my bike( too much hassle, extra cop factor etc.), but I think it can look quite good.

I wouldn't do it on your model. They look decent on certain bikes but on your underseat model they'd look daft.

Stubbied underseat cans make the seat unit look too long and thin. Just try and find some other way of making them louder.

I'd stubby them so they are just flush with the tail, not too short, but not peering out. Thumbs Up

Take some wadding out if you want 'em louder, although I honestly can't see why you'd want to.

I'd be more concerned about replacing that barn door.

Have you de-catted it?

Flog the scorpions and get a better set of cans.

Looks ridiculous.

Atleast the standard-sized cans look as if they follow the lines of the fairing, stubbies on that R1 just look wrong.
