yep its an NC30 with 3 spoke black dymags. its been bored out too 433cc with a wiseco piston kit from TTS, in which i rebuilt the engine myself, which is not bad considering its the first engine rebuild ive ever done.

trust me its not as hard as you think, a torque wrench, couple of specific tools to remove the clutch, flywheel and a haynes manual is all you need.

i still need to do the following.

get a nc35 wishbone.
lighten the flywheel
purchase some titanium carillo conrods
larger bottom rad
fit my JHA twinstack system.
setup up the fuelling properly

Looks pretty good IMHO
(I'm doing some renovation/respray to the GPZ at the moment, so I'll keep an eye on this thread).

And BTW, the word you're looking for is "there"

i was like that but i had about 6 months to do it, so thought, "fuck it!"
it really is simple, the cam timing is a doddle, when you put the cases together you just make sure the gearbox is in neutral.
other than its just a case of bolting everything together.

you need the pulley tool from elliots in swindon for £30
a modified 24mm socket to remove the clutch nut.
then a piston thing to slip the pistons into the bore and torwue wrench.
