Its no different to you ragging a scrambler round a farmers field and crashing into something, it his place of busines but its private, and if you have his permission then its legal.

Erm i thought it was fairly obvious what happened from the pic.

The rear offside was driven up an incline whilst the nearside was not, thus causing it to topple over. Smile
