Anyone see today's MCN?

It says that sachs are replacing the 2 stroke engine in their XTC125 with a 4 stroke single. Nice if you want economy, reliabilty and decent looks. Its a completely new market isn't it- anyone consider buying one??

I agree- they're not really for me. Are you selling your custom bike now then? have you still got the scooter?

But if you really wanted/needed a 4 stroke its alot more appealing than a cg Smile

Yeah i still got the scooter.

I'd like a new bike as soon as I have passed my test, but thats unlikely because of insurance. I might have to wait for my no claims bonus in october Mad

I reckon they'll keep it at 15hp... it's probably not worth designing one that can be derestricted for only a few more hp.

MCN said it should be £3499 OTR. A bit pricey for what I expect is a gs engine in nice body work (cos they're using a suzuki motor).

Drool drool.....Thats is gorgeous. What about the SV conversion, makes me wanna buy one. The only reason i didnt want it was because it didnt have a full fairing.

yeah that SV was nice, not sure if I like the white bit round the front lights though. I think its cos it reminds me of a ducati but doesn't look as good. Apart from that though, fantastic Very Happy
