After filtering a grand queue of 2 cars Cool and come to a halt next to one of these sporty A3's, whether it was stock or not - I don't know, Im not here to brag about out-dragging some cage.

It was boy racer material, full of 4/5 lads.

As i make a stop, inevitably i hear some thing from the boys on the right.

Something along the lines of "Biker boys get rallied."

Expecting the inevitable, I ignore them, whilst they mumble words about me.

Lights go green, and I get away 1st to pull in front of the car on the left of me, who leaves ample room.

Knock it into 2nd.. and begin to Settle the Revs with a bit of a grin on my face Twisted Evil .... Because the boys on the right slam it to the metal.

I spot the strain of the front suspension jolting the front end up off the A3, as he begins to accelerate away... What am i to do?..but sorry.. the "biker boys get rallied comment" got to me! Rolling Eyes

I Crank the throttle right back, and it almost feels like a lifetime before it hits the powerband.

Knock it into 3rd a 9K ...(well im not trying that hard for a mear A3)

And this is the Best bit - So as i gain rapidly towards them and as we break even, i look over to their window to see a Bottle of Stella being extended back to be thrown from the back Passenger. (O dear...Shocked ) As it lunged forward, it clips off the seatbelt, and backfires, pinging the front passenger in the eye and pouring beer straight over his face Laughing Seeing his face squint with disgust and disappointment with his peer, Just made me burst out laughing!

But after the brief yet highly Comical Event, I thought "O crap, there going to want to F*ck me up now".. so i kept the throttle pinned to the next set of cars in front of us without daring to do a lifesaver, couple of comfortable filters, to get a bit of ground, and raced it home from the next roundabout Exit.

Someone care to post an owned picture?

Ive had a few words muttered by boy racers when ive filtered to the front. Being on the 400 though, I dont even have to give it anything to get away. Makes life so much easier than my 125 days. Smile

Do your test bro and get a big bikes, playing with the big boys is fun. Cool
Scoobs, Evos etc, They are all toys. Cool

And when they bring up the fact mine is a motorbike, I then say in comparison to the car world, My CBR 400 is the equivalent to a Nissan Micra. Laughing

Hate to be the party poop, but the 'no lifesaver' and 'car full of chavs' isn't a good mix.

The way I see it is that I always race the M5 and the 911 with the middle-aged man on a straight clear road, but NEVER will I miss a lifesaver coz its called a LIFESAVER for a reason.

Don't want to lecture anybody, but bikers are my brothers and we loose too many already without getting knocked off by chavs!

Agreed, they're not worth the blood and insurance excess if anything goes wrong,
Of course we all see red and do it, most times it works and these muppets may hopefully learn one day that most bikes can take most normal cars, and that as a chav car driver, he will look like a punk in front of his chavvy pals. Laughing

Ride safe mate.

Think they kind of did that themselves to be honest!

And i can see what your saying Mark, so I thought its best i accompany a picture to represent how it happened.

https://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j76/Haseeb_172/Untitled.jpg

Like this..but over a greater distance, and the rate i was accelerating from them, they didnt stand a chance of being anywhere near me, and because there was car we were approaching in his lane 1st, he would of had to of pulled behind me anyway if he was still giving chase..

It was judged correctly, I dont rely on luck, mainly because never have any! and more importantly, im still here to tell the tale.

I intend to Binge, but just usual Crap, some obstacles, money blah blah Boring, you know how it goes

That's why it is even funnier beating them to 60 on a Reliant Robin of a 125. Laughing

Think the last time someone tried to race me when I was on a bike was on my rs - it only had 37hp at the time, but I still 'won' Smile.

Always wondered about taking off the '2' stickers Razz.

At first I didn't understand your post, until I saw you ride a 150cc bike.

The technical spec of the car in speed terms is not very fast, the fastest A3 is 8 seconds to 60.
