Depends on the kind of quality you want really. You can get an all in unit which has the batteries, storage, camera and mic all in one unit but the quality is a little lower.
See this link
You could go out and buy a normal video camera and try and mount it somewhere like on your tank. You will get better image quality but it can cost more. ____________________ Bikes: Honda CBR250RR [sold], Yamaha FZR600 [sold], Honda CBR600RR6 |

I would reccomend against the ATC 2000. Some units are better than others however none seem to be great; have a look at some footage made by one.
Watching some footage with mountains in the background, the mountains look like they're made of jelly, the recording is that wobbly.
Not the one I was thinking of, but the first one that came up searching:

It's not vibrations, this unit does that given a perfect ride.
One of these weighs about the same and does much better video, even with it's limited CCD. Use the AV in function with a decent remote camera and it's much better. |

I also agree with G the quality isn't as sharp as I would like it to be with the ATC2k.

If you go to that thread you will see that I posted up a video from that camera. The video file hasn't been compressed like it would be have been in youtube so you get a better feel for the picture you will get.
Hope that helps. ____________________ Bikes: Honda CBR250RR [sold], Yamaha FZR600 [sold], Honda CBR600RR6 |
